Returns policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from 4walls4you.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Once we receive your returned products, we will inspect them to ensure that they are in their original condition. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized products, unless they are damaged or defective.
